Abstract

We verified functionality of the programmable HV board by monitoring the leakage current to individual modules. Leakage current goes up as a function of bias voltage. Fig 5 shows a screenshot of a leakage current measurement implemented on the discrete board. The bias voltage to the 4 modules monitored in the figure was increased at different timepoints. The bias voltage to module 3 was increased by 20 Volts, module 2 by 40 Volts, module 1 by 60V, and module 0 by 80V. We indeed observe the largest increase for module 0. This shows that we were able to modify the individual bias voltage.
