Abstract
Digital LDO (low-dropout) which has 0.45V VOUT and a good PSR characteristic is presented for NTV operation block. It consists of comparator, counter, power switch array, and proposed adaptive VSS driver. The proposed power MOSFET driver is composed with one inverter and two additional transistors and it leads 14dB PSR improvement for overall frequency range. Minimum resolution is 1mV at 400kHz and the peak current efficiency is 99%.
