Bilateral brown syndrome in monozygotic twins

Abstract

We report a unique pair of monozygotic twins with congenital bilateral Brown syndrome and review previously reported familial cases. Most cases of Brown syndrome are sporadic and unilateral. We believe this to be the first reported occurrence in monozygotic twins.
