    Abstract

Conventional space time block codes (STBC) assume quasi-static channel environments. If this assumption is not satisfied, then these schemes show serious performance degradation. In this paper, we propose a linear equalizer method to mitigate the degradation due to channel offsets. To employ this linear equalizer method, we introduce a lattice representation for the STBC schemes. Simulations confirm that the proposed scheme is effective in non quasi-static channels.
