abstract = "The thin and highly elastic PDMS membrane was fabricated and the novel, easy and stable method to handle without rupture, folding and wrinkling. On basis of this novel technology, we have developed a method to construct the diverse 3D curved microstructures, whose size and shape are easily controllable. The fabricated concave structure was applied as the arrayed wells for the cell culture and uniformly sized murine embryoid bodies (EBs) were successfully formed. In addition, the diverse shaped microparticles with different materials were fabricated for the use of drug carrier and pH responsive micro-actuator element.",
