    Abstract

In this study, we present viewing angle independent microcavity OLEDs by using scattering layer (SL) and planarization layer. Compared to a device without SL, device with SL had an angular emission profile like lambertian. Also device with SL showed a less color coordinate and spectra shift. Then two devices showed similar EQE, which means there were no light loss.
