N2 - The authors regret that some magnified FT-IR spectra in Fig. 10(c) and (d) were not properly demonstrated in the paper, which was not detected by us in the final proof. It seems that the magnified FT-IR spectra in Fig. 10(c) and (d) were omitted during conversion to a PDF format. As the missing parts are important to understanding the main conclusion, the correct Fig. 10 is provided as follows. In addition, we found a minor mistake in Fig. 5(b) after careful reading of the manuscript (a symbol in the figure does not match that in the legend). The correct Fig. 5 is provided as well. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. [Figure presented]. Fig. 10. (a) NH3 TPD profiles of ZIF-8 W, ZIF-8W_S, and DP. (b) FT-IR spectra of ZIF-8 W, ZIF-8W_S, and DP before and after NH3 adsorption (a term of NH3 was prepended to the sample label). (c) FT-IR spectra of NH3-adsorbed ZIF-8W_S along with the desorption temperature at the end of the sample label (50, 100, and 150 °C) and (d) the corresponding magnified FT-IR spectra in the range of 1800 to 1500 cm−1 along with the deconvoluted curves. In (b)-(d), after NH3 adsorption for FT-IR measurements was conducted at 30 °C for 1 h, NH3-adsorbed samples were heated to different temperatures ((b) 50 °C and (c)-(d) 50, 100, and 150 °C). All FT-IR spectra are normalized with the peak at 684 cm−1 corresponding to the bending of the imidazole ring (marked by the black inverted triangles in (b)). Detailed information of the deconvoluted curves shown in (d) is given in Table S5 and Fig. S17. [Figure presented]. A Fig. 5. (a) Weight ratios (w/wα) of ZIF-8 (solid column), ZIF-8 intermediate derivative (estimated) (diagonally striped column), and DP (open column) in ZIF-8W_S, which was recovered after conducting the reaction for different reaction times (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, and 16 h). (b) Weight ratio of the ZIF-8 intermediate derivative (estimated) in ZIF-8W_S and CC yields (shown in Fig. 1a) plotted as a function of the reaction time.
