Abstract
Our 1H NMR spin-spin relaxation time (T 2E) measurement in SnCl 2·2H 2O (SCD) shows a behavior similar to that of the electrical conductivity, which indicates that they are determined by the same proton dynamics. A critical decrease in the correlation time was observed around the critical temperature and was attributed to the long-range order of soliton motion.
