    Abstract

Detection of dc voltages in multi-layered magnetic thin films was discussed. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrometer was used. Results showed that detected dc voltage and ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) signals are coincidental and dc voltages are smaller than ∼10 μV.
