    Abstract

Recently, the display technologies living colloidal quantum dot (QD) materials have become one of the most important technologies in the display industry. But, the organic charge transport layer for quantum dot-light-emitting diode (QD-LED) can cause the device stability issues. In this article, we describe the QD-LED devices with inorganic charge transport layer and the solution-based oxide thin-film transistor (TFT) using non-thermal treatment. And we also show the active matrix driving using both technologies simultaneously.
