    Abstract

We proposed the fabrication process of electrospun Ag fiber electrodes. Ag fiber electrodes is fabricated by etching process of Ag thin film using electrospun polymer fibers used as mask. Ag fiber electrodes has extremely long fiber length, and the surface roughness can be easily adjusted by Ag deposition thickness. The Ag fiber electrodes exhibits the excellent performances in terms of transmittance, sheet resistance and mechanical durability. The OLEDs with Ag fiber electrode shows the maximum external quantum efficiency of 15 %.
