    Abstract

We have developed a noble process to fabricate micro-pixel arrays of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) via thermal imprinting technique. We used poly-dimethylsiloxane as a stamp that is profitable to fabricate uniform large-sized area OLEDs than a hard stamp. As a result, 6 μm pixel sized high-resolution OLEDs was demonstrated.
