Abstract

Heo et al. report that hydrogen halide (HX; X = Cl, Br, and I)-mediated synthesis promotes the reaction for the formation of CsX and subsequent anion exchange. This forms compositionally uniform perovskite nanocrystals exhibiting single emission peaks at low temperature.
