Abstract

To improve performance of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), devices with pentacene as the hole injection layer and hole transporting layer were fabricated. Plasma treatments on ITO and pentacene thin film deposition can lead to more advanced hole injecting and transporting for achieving high efficiency OLEDs.
