    Abstract

Highly enhanced performance OLEDs have been demonstrated by high refractive index nanostructure (HRIN). The HRIN scatters the waveguided light and extracts the light into the air. From these propertiesy the enhancement ratio of the devices with HRIN corresponds to 59,06% in current efficiency and 54.83% in external quantum efficiency.
