title = "In vitro 3-dimensional microfluidic assay for studying invasion of cholangiocarcinoma",
abstract = "Clonorchis sinensis (C. sinensis) is prevalent worm parasite in many East Asian countries including Japan, Korea and China. And it is classified as a group I biological carcinogen of human cholangiocarcinorma (CCA) in 2009 by International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) [1, 2]. Although many reports were suggested that infestation of the C. sinensis is associated with prognosis of CCA, the specific effect of the C. sinensis on CCA is poorly understood. Here we investigated the invasiveness of the CCA influenced by stimulus of C. sinensis using 3D microfluidic culture system.",
