Abstract
We examine the nonclassical depth of Nth-order squeezing in terms of nonclassical measure τm and critical gain G of a linear amplifier. We find that Nth-order squeezing has the maximal value of τm = 1 or G → ∞ for N → ∞, which is the only known nonclassicality of light that has the nonclassical measure greater than 1/2.
