Abstract
We report results on the decay [Formula Presented] and its charge conjugate using a data sample of [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] pairs recorded at the [Formula Presented] resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric [Formula Presented] storage ring. Ratios of branching fractions of Cabibbo-suppressed to Cabibbo-favored processes are determined to be [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] where the indices 1 and 2 represent the [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] eigenstates of the [Formula Presented] system, respectively. We find the partial-rate charge asymmetries for [Formula Presented] to be [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented]
