Abstract
We present the first measurement of decay amplitudes in [Formula presented] and measurements of branching fractions in [Formula presented] decays based on [Formula presented] of data recorded at the [Formula presented] resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB [Formula presented] storage ring. The decay amplitudes for the different [Formula presented] helicity states are measured from the angular distributions of final state particles in the transversity basis. The longitudinal and transverse complex amplitudes are [Formula presented], [Formula presented], [Formula presented], and [Formula presented]. The direct [Formula presented]-violating asymmetries are found to be consistent with zero.
