Abstract

In this paper, we have developed cell chip employing polymeric nanofiber membrane which was used for the better diffusion of nutrition or other materials suchas growth factor and for the scaffold of cell culture, and we evaluated the function of this chip by culturing the human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) which have large potential applications in the tissue engineering.
