    Abstract

In this paper, we propose a novel solution called joint encryption, in which audio and video data are scrambled efficiently by using modified phase scrambling, modified motion vector, and wavelet tree shuffling. Experimental results indicate that the proposed joint encryption technique is very simple to implement, has no adverse impact on error resiliency and coding efficiency, and produces level of security.
