Abstract

Due to the high potential of one-dimensional nanomaterials, such as nanotubes and nanowires, a significant interest has been focused to utilize nanomaterials in practical applications. It demonstrates several practical utilizations. Nickel silicide nanowire is electric conductive and was applied for a nanoscale interconnect, a functional microscopy tip and a field emitter.
