Abstract

MXene, a new 2D nanomaterial, is attracting much attention due to its great advantages such as high conductivity, variable band gap, and high light transmittance for optoelectronic applications [1]. Recently, it has been reported that the MXene film deposited on the side-polished optical fiber can serve as an excellent mode locker for femtosecond pulse generation [2]. However, this method is not easy to maintain stability due to oxidation of MXene when used for a long time.
