Optical annealing of ink-jet printable Ag and Ag-Cu nanoparticles

    Abstract

    Ink-jet printable Ag and Ag-Cu alloy nanoparticles were synthesized by polyol method. The conductivity of circuit fabricated by nanoparticle solutions was improved owing to optical annealing.
