    Abstract

Block-copolymer micelles are synthesized with specific pH sensitivity according to the alkyl chain length of an amino ester and the encapsulated fluorescent dye and black hole quencher. These quenched nanosized micelles (nanoflashes) present noticeable fluorescence signal amplifications according to the target tumoral acidic pH value in vitro and in vivo.
