Abstract
The phase behavior of ternary blends of two different homopolymers and a diblock copolymer consisting of A- and B monomers was predicted theoretically. The phase diagrams were constructed using a mean-field approach of Landau formalism. The discussion on the stability of various microstructures, the biphasic coexistence and the triphasic coexistence comprising ordered phases was also presented. It was found that when the molecular weight of added homopolymers was comparable to that of the corresponding block of the copolymer, swelling of microphase could be observed.
