    Abstract

A monolayer of 7-nm-sized Fe3O4 nanoparticles produced by spin-coating the Fe3O4 nanoparticle suspension containing phospholipid molecules. It was demonstrated that the Fe 3O4 nanoparticles can be self-assembled into a 2D superlattice mediated by a liquid-crystalline phospholipids.
