Abstract
Web users can save URLs of interesting web pages in a bookmark and it may be that some web pages could be of interest to other users as well. In this paper, we propose a system by which users can share knowledge contained in bookmarks. Our system exploits a mechanism called a social bookmark per Web page through which people can share the bookmarks that have similar attributes. It is similar to social bookmarking in that users can share knowledge contained in bookmarks. However, instead of using a user-defined keywords or tags to search resources, the system considers users' attributes as well as the contents of the Web pages that users are reading.
