Abstract
We demonstrated light extraction in flexible OLEDs(FOLEDs) by using nano-sized random pattern(nRP). Simply fabricated nRP on flexible substrate reduced optical loss through scattering effect Compared to conventional device, FOLEDs with nRP showed improved power(+36.36%), current(+25.64%) efficiency at luminance of 4000cd/cm2, and improved external quantum efficiency(+22.26%) at current density of 100mA/cm2.
