Abstract
Remanent coercivity behavior of bicrystal media in the range of nanosecond field duration were investigated using micromagnetic calculations including thermal fluctuation field. Coercivity variations of the bicrystal structure were more sensitive in the range of nsec field duration than that of non-bicrystal structure, which may be a demerit for high data rate applications.
