Single-shot multiple-color holography of single neuron using spatial frequency multiplexing

    Abstract

    Here, we present a single-shot triple-wavelength holographic microscopy technique for high-resolution color imaging of the neuronal cells using a monochromatic camera. The feasibility of the technique is demonstrated by imaging of neuronal cells.
