    Abstract

    We theoretically investigated the SPM-induced power cgain for optical subcarrier multiplexed (SCM) signals under the combined effects of fiber chromatic dispersion, self-phase modulation (SPM), and cross-phase modulation (XPM) in subcarrier multiplexed (SCM) optical transmission systems.
