Abstract

The step-like energy variations of high KU material were determined by using Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equations. The smaller energy barrier resulted from incoherent rotation mode that formed two 180° domain walls. The results showed that the energy barrier was determined as the maximum energy difference during switching.
