    Abstract

The leptocerid caddisfly genus Oecetis (Trichoptera: Leptoceridae) is reviewed in Korea. It includes four species newly recorded from the Korean Peninsula: Oecetis dilata Yang and Morse, Oe. notata (Rambur), Oe. caucula Yang and Morse, and Oe. antennata (Martynov), and three species newly recorded from South Korea, Oe. nigropunctata (Ulmer), Oe. testacea kumanskii Yang and Morse, and Oe. yukii Tsuda. The female of Oe. antennata (Martynov) is described for the first time. Male and female keys to the Korean Oecetis species, synonyms, redescriptions, diagnoses, distributions, taxonomic remarks, and illustrations of diagnostic characters are provided.
