Abstract
Thermophoretic deposition of fine particles onto the surface of a cylinder in longitudinal non-self-similar flow was examined. The equations of motion, thermal and mass balance were solved using the integral method of the boundary layer theory. As a result the mass rate of deposition was predicted.
