Abstract

We demonstrate fiber-integrated three-dimensional sub-5-nm-gap plasmon antennas by employing proximal milling and micro-transfer printing techniques. The photons are extremely confined in a volume of 10-7λ3 and efficiently couple to a single-mode optical fiber.
