Abstract
The radiation characteristics from multiple rectangular grooves in a dielectric-covered ground plane are investigated. The far-zone radiation pattern is compared with the measured data at 10 and 11 GHz using a wavenumber conversion procedure. A three-dimensional planar leaky-wave antenna with multiple grooves in groud plane is investigated.
