Abstract

We investigate the anisotropic exciton dynamics of bilayer ReS2 using time-resolved pump-probe spectroscopy. In contrast to conventional 2D materials, we identify that the exciton resonance broadening strongly depends on the exciton-longitudinal optical (LO) phonon coupling.
