Abstract
A problem of data packet transport in scale-free (SF) networks whose degree followed a power law with the exponent γ, was discussed. When every pair of vertices send and recieve a data packet along the shortest path connecting the pair, load of a vertex was defined as the accumulated total number of data packets through the pair. The results showed that the load distribution followed a power law with exponent δ, insensitive to different mean degrees and to different values of γ.
